SMS Terms

1. Program Description
These terms govern the ZeroDebtLegal Case Review Alerts program operated by Knight Law Group, LLP. If you opt in, we may send texts about your consultation request, scheduling, requested information, inquiry updates, debt-related educational material, legal-service information, and occasional marketing. Messages may use automated technology and may come from a ten-digit number or other registered sender.
2. Consent and Opt-In
You opt in only by checking an unchecked consent box, texting us first, or otherwise providing express written consent. Consent is not a condition of receiving a case review, legal services, or making a purchase. The consent record may include the disclosure version, date and time, telephone number, session identifier, and method used.
Your mobile number, opt-in status, and consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Opting Out (STOP) and Rejoining (START)
Reply STOP to cancel. We may send one final confirmation, after which no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. If supported by the program, reply START or complete a new opt-in to rejoin. Requests may take a short time to process.

5. Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and interactions. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. The Firm does not charge a separate fee for program texts.
6. Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability varies by carrier, device, and location, and the program may not be available at all times.
7. Calls and Voice Technology
Where your consent disclosure includes calls, you also authorize informational and marketing calls at the number provided, including calls using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice. You may revoke consent through a reasonable method at any time.
8. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Texting or speaking with the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not text confidential documents, account credentials, or urgent information. A relationship begins only through a signed engagement agreement.
9. Privacy, Changes, and Contact
The Privacy Policy describes how we handle program information. We may update these SMS Terms by posting a revised version and new date. Continued participation after notice of a material change constitutes acceptance where permitted.
